We understand that maintaining independence at home is extremely important to many people who suffer from pain and balance issues, or are frail, aged or living with a disability. Our physiotherapy sessions, within your own residence, can assist you to remain at home by developing measures to ensure home safety and helping you to maintain a good quality of life. We work with your individual needs to maintain and maximise your physical independence through pain management, mobility promotion and helping to develop your functional strength.
HELPING WITH REHABILITATION
For optimum recovery results and maximised return to health and function, it is imperative that you have access to allied health therapists after your hospitalisation or surgery. We understand that during these early stages of recovery, your mobility is often compromised, and will work with you to deliver the required therapy services right to your front door.
AGED CARE RESIDENTS
If you or a loved one resides in an Aged Care facility, Fusion Mobile Physiotherapy also visit residents privately within the facility, to deliver a range of services including assessments, individualised therapy plans and chronic pain management.
