TYPES OF APPOINTMENTS

Physiotherapy
– Individual
– Group – PhysioPILATES, Strength training, Ai Chi, Hydrotherapy
– Home Visits

Pilates
– Individual: With physiotherapist including equipment (Reformer & Trapeze)
– Studio: 40 min session with 2-3 clients, increasing time and reducing costs but still working with the physiotherapist on the specialised equipment in our studio.
– Group: Mat based classes for beginners through to advanced.

Exercise Physiology
– Individual: Develop home program or work 1:1 in our rehab gym.
– Studio: Supervised sessions in small groups in our gym
– Group: Strength training, Youth programs, Type 2 Diabetes.
