TYPES OF APPOINTMENTS
Group – PhysioPILATES, Strength training, Ai Chi, Hydrotherapy
Individual – With physiotherapist including equipment (Reformer & Trapeze)
Studio – 40 min session with 2-3 clients, increasing time and reducing costs but still working with the physiotherapist on the specialised equipment in our studio.
Group – Mat based classes for beginners through to advanced.
Individual – Develop home program or work 1:1 in our rehab gym.
Studio – Supervised sessions in small groups in our gym
Group – Strength training, Youth programs, Type 2 Diabetes.
